In order to encourage interest among schools-aged girls in Information Technology in STEM skills, our organisation had organized a workshop in the school holidays. We were looking for interesting and unique take-away gifts to include in a hamper for each child – that also went with the theme. I discovered Origami World through a business mum’s group on Facebook on a late Friday evening. Despite the very short turn around, I found it so easy to work with Kham. She was highly responsive, and immediately understood the context – and showed how Origami helped build STEM thinking. She made the process simple by recommending the right kits, and was able to organise high quality origami kits complete with branding, and also deliver at the workplace – all at short notice and weekend in-between.
