HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING COST WITHIN AUSTRALIA?
At Origami World, we use Australia Post for most orders to deliver your goods.
We charge a flat shipping rate of *$10.70 for all orders (except some subscription boxes which includes shipping) shipped to an Australian address.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Yes we can.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do. We charge a flat rate of AUD$55 for shipment up to 2kg. Additional cost applies for over 2kg.
IF I PLACE MY ORDER TODAY, WHEN DOES IT SHIP?
Stocked items are dispatched within 2-3 business days.
Made to order products are noted in the product description with estimated processing time which varies depending on products but are generally 3-10 days.
For custom and corporate orders, you would have been given an estimated time frame for us to prepare your order.
IS PICKUP OPTION AVAILABLE?
Yes pickup option is available from Carlingford or Auburn NSW. Pickup instructions with actual pickup address will be emailed to you when your order is ready for pickup.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We’ll send you a shipping notification with a tracking number the same evening the item ships (excludes subscription box orders). You can use this to follow the progress of your delivery.
MY SHIPMENT IS LATE?
If you have not received your delivery within the expected timeframe and the tracking information has not provided status update, please contact us so we can get in touch with the delivery provider and investigate further.
I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please notify us of any mistakes as soon as possible by calling 0435 527 930 between 8am-8pm. You can sms outside these hours or contact us via our contact us form.
If an incorrect delivery address or incorrect delivery name has been supplied, we will update your order if it has not yet been dispatched.
We do not refund or replace for the non delivery of an order due to the mailing address being incorrectly advised.
