HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING COST WITHIN AUSTRALIA?

At Origami World, we use Australia Post or Sendle to deliver your goods.

We charge a flat shipping rate of *$8.95 for all orders shipped to an Australian address. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we can ship internationally outside of Australia, shipping cost will be priced accordingly. Please contact us with the items you want and shipping location for a quote on shipping cost.

IF I PLACE MY ORDER TODAY, WHEN DOES IT SHIP?

Stocked items are dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Made to order products are noted in the product description with estimated processing time which varies depending on products but are generally 7-14 days.

For custom and corporate orders, you would have been given an estimated time frame for us to prepare your order.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME FRAME?

All products are shipped from Wentworthville (Sydney) NSW.

Please allow 2-7 days from dispatch for your items to arrive.

Due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays. Please allow additional 7 days before contacting us.

IS PICKUP OPTION AVAILABLE?

Yes pickup option is available from Wentworthville NSW. Please contact us for promo code for FREE pickup option prior to ordering. Or you can call or email us your order and we can provide you with an invoice to make payment. We will advise you once your order is ready for pickup.

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEM

If you have received an incorrect item or your whole order has not been delivered, please advise us immediately by email or phone.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We’ll send you a shipping notification with a tracking number the same evening the item ships (excludes items sent as large letters). You can use this to follow the progress of your delivery.

Items sent as large letters via Australia Post will not have a tracking number. If this is the case, please allow 10 business days prior to contacting us.

MY SHIPMENT IS LATE?

If you have not received your delivery within the expected timeframe and the tracking information has not provided status update, please contact us so we can get in touch with the delivery provider and investigate further.

For untracked items, please contact us after 14 days if you still have not received your item.

I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please notify us of any mistakes as soon as possible by calling 0435 527 930 between 8am-8pm. You can sms outside these hours or contact us via our contact us form.
If an incorrect delivery address or incorrect delivery name has been supplied, we will update your order if it has not yet been dispatched.

We do not refund or replace for the non delivery of an order due to the mailing address being incorrectly advised.
