RETURNS POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

  1. Origami World will refund or replace any product which is faulty or does not perform as it is has been represented on our website. The product must be in its original condition and packed appropriately, returned and include the following information:
    • proof of purchase ie. copy of invoice or receipt
    • reason for return clearly stated
    • preferred course of action stated. ie. product replacement or refund
    • An RA number
  2. Goods must be returned to Origami World within 30 days of receipt or within 7 days if confirmed delivery if a replacement or refund is sought. Please contact us to request an RA number prior to returning the item.
  3. We do not refund or replace for the non delivery of an order due to the mailing address being incorrectly advised.
  4. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Money will be refunded within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
  5. For custom and corporate orders, we may consider partial refunds depending on what we can re-sell but generally custom orders are non-refundable.
  6. For international customers: Customs and duties may be payable by the buyer and are not refundable if items are returned. Any Customs related issues in your own country are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility should the Order be detained or withheld by Customs.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please call us on 0435 527 930 (between 8am – 8pm) or SMS with your request if outside this time. Otherwise email us or complete the enquiry form on our contact us page.

We may not be able to change or cancel your order if it has already been dispatched.

Custom orders and corporate orders cannot be cancelled once items are in production.
